1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the B2BParser.com service (hereinafter - the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description and Data Origin

B2BParser.com is an automation tool (web scraper) that helps users find contact data (emails, phone numbers, links to social networks) exclusively from publicly available sources on the Internet (search engine indexes, open company websites).

We do not own this data, do not sell our own databases, and do not guarantee 100% accuracy, relevance, or completeness of the information found, as it depends on the content of third-party sites.

3. User Obligations and Legality

As a User, you bear full and sole responsibility for how you use the data obtained through the Service. You agree to:

• Use the collected contacts exclusively for legal B2B (Business-to-Business) purposes.
• Comply with data protection laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the persons you contact (including, but not limited to, GDPR in the EU, CAN-SPAM Act in the US, Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection').
• Provide recipients of your messages with a clear mechanism to unsubscribe from mailings.
• Not use the Service to collect data for fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or illegal harassment.

4. Payment, Tariffs, and Currency

The cost of the Service's services is indicated on the website in US dollars (USD) solely for convenience and indication (as an equivalent). Since the Service operates in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, all actual calculations and debiting of funds from users' bank cards are carried out in the national currency — Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

The debit amount in hryvnia is calculated automatically by the LiqPay payment system at its current commercial exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Your bank's conversion fees (if any) are paid by you independently.

Refunds: Because the Service provides instant access to a digital tool, funds for purchased credit packages are not refundable. The Service has a built-in "smart cashback" system that automatically returns credits to the user's balance if the search engine does not find enough results.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "as available" basis. B2BParser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, loss of profits or reputation arising from the use or inability to use the Service. We are not responsible for the blocking of your mailboxes, domains, or social media accounts due to your sending of spam using the found contacts.

6. Account Blocking

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice and without a refund in case of your violation of these Terms, attempts to hack the Service (including DDoS attacks), or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
